High necked stretch velvet/velour dress has voided or burn out leaf design in the skirt. The skirt is lined. Closes with a short invisible zip at the back of the neck. It's a petite size and meant to be ankle length. Fabric is polyester, rayon, spandex. Brand is Ronni Nicole - 1990s.
